Clark-Drain is a full member of the Fabricated Access Cover Trade Association (FACTA). The Specification enables users to specify their requirements for fabricated access covers in terms of the required performance, particularly relating to wheel loads. Specification for fabricated access cover systems with a clear opening up to and including 1m for installations within areas subject to pedestrian and/or slow moving vehicular traffic, for use as covers over chambers and ducts. This specification applies to fabricated access cover systems of the following types:-
- Solid top covers
- Recessed covers designed for non-structural infill
- Recessed covers designed for structural infill
- Surface drainage products
